How do I check-in and receive the keys?

Upon your arrival, proceed to the main lobby located on the 7th floor, where the front desk check-in area is situated. Kindly present your reservation details, including your name and confirmation number, to the receptionist. A valid photo ID and a credit card are also required to cover any incidentals charged to the room.

 

Upon the successful completion of the check-in process, the hotel staff will furnish you with your room key cards. These keys are essential for accessing your room and other hotel facilities.
